Entry Ten

Death Bed

I have been in my death bed for two days now. I am not happy that i am dying, but i know that Gad has this for a reason. One of my last predictions is that Johoash would gain the upper hand of Syria. 

It is not esay telling you about being in a death bed. One sure thing that i can tell you is that it is surly no fun to be in your death bed. 

I thank God for every thing he has given me. I also respect him for saying it is my time to go. 

I do not know for sure when i am going to die but i feel that it will be soon. I do not know who is going to take my place as the Prophet of God (yahweh) But that is for God to decide.

Entry Nine

Son Restored to Life

One day i was walking to Shunem and this women 

urged me to stayfor a meal.  I said for a person that wants to help a man of God i will do anything. I felt very thankful when they built a bedroom for me. I told my servant to call the women and tell her thank you for doing this for all of us. "Elisha asked me to ask you what can we do for you?" She said "We have no son and my husband is old." I told her in a year you will hold a son in your arms just like you wanted. A few years later she came to me on a donkey. My servant tried to push her away but i told them to leave her alone. She said to me that her son has died. So i sent my servant to check on the 

kid. When he came back he told me that the boy is dead.

So i left to go see the child myself. The boy was lying dead on the couch in the house. I closed the door and i told every one else to wait outside and leave us alone. 

I leaned over the boy three times. He sneezed seven 

times and he opened his eyes again. The boy thanked me and i took him out to his mother and father. His mother fell on him and hugged him. They thanked me very much and said i can stay with them when ever i want. I sad to them don't thank me thank the Lord.

Entry Eight

AN Axhead Floats

The place were i was meeting some other prophets was to small for all of us to stay at. So they asked me if they can build a place to live and for us to meet by the Jordan river. Hmmm... let me pray to God about that i said. I will let you know tomorrow. I prayed to God and God said to me let them go build. The next day came and i said to the "Yes! you all may go and Build."

One of them asked me "Will you please come with us and your servant?"  I had a good amount of things to do, but i guess i will come with you all. 

We were cutting down trees all day long and all of a sudden one of the axheads fell into the water. He said to me "Elisha! Elisha! the axhead i was using was one of my best friends and i borrowed." "please help me man of God." 

I threw a stick in the water and the axhead floated to the top of the water. I told him to pick up the axe out of the water.

We continued to work and we finished not long after. 

Entry Seven

Healing Naaman 

One day Naaman a commander of  the king of Aram. He had leprosy and his king sent him to me since i was a prophet of God. God let me know that he was coming and all i was thinking is why is he coming to an enemies territory. I had my servant answer the do and my servant told him to wash himself seven times in the Jordan River. After doing that you will be cured. When my servant came back in he told me that Naaman was a big strong looking guy. 

Naaman came back to my house and i went to the door myself.  He said to me "You were right it did cure my leprosy." "I now know that God is the one true God."  

Naaman offered me tons of things to be able to take some sand of Israel. I said i do not want anything from you. Naaman asked again if he could still have some sand of Israel.  I said go ahead and take some.

After he left i could not find my servant anywhere. When he got back i asked him where did you go. He said to me "i went no where. I said whatever you did i may not know but one person will always know. That person is God.  He told me that he went to Naaman and said to him that you wanted some of the things he offered. I took them for me though. I was very disappointed in him and i said to him that he and his family would get the leprosy that Naaman had for years.

Entry Six

Baldy Baldy

One day i was walking through the city and i passed some kids. They kept calling me "baldy baldy baldy" It kept getting on my nerves this is like the ninth time they have called me that. 

This time they went over the edge. I asked the lord what i could do to them. God said i can curse them but nothing worse. So i said to the kids "you have gone over the edge" so i cursed them and out of the woods came two bears that attacked the kids. The kids came up to me and said "I'm sorry please forgive us. We wont call you or anyone else baldy ever again." I said fine as long as you keep you promise not only to me but God you wont be cursed anymore. 

Entry Five: Syrians attack part two.

   Syrians Attack

After i asked God to blind the Syrians he did so and they stopped were they were. The next day i brought them to Samaria, the capital of Israel. It took us about a day or so, but we finally got there. As we approached the walls, the look outs and they said the Syrians are coming.

So they got prepared to fight the Syrians, however as the lookouts looked again they noticed that i was leading them to Samaria. So they did not fire on them. As we walked though the open gates, the Israelite army surrounded the Syrians. Then i asked God to give the sight back to the Syrians, then i said open your eyes Syrians. 

They opened their eyes and saw that they were surrounded by the Israelites. The Israelite army asked me if they could kill them already, but i said no. Feed them and give them water and send them on their way back to Syria.

Entry Four: Syrians attack Part One.

Syrians Attack 

The Syrians have attacked Israel many times. I just keep thinking how many times are they going to come since they know they will always loose. Yes we may have a weaker army than them but we have one thing that they don't have and that is GOD. Some how the Syrians found out that they are losing because of me. They knew i was the prophet of God. So they sent most of there troops to kill me. So one morning my servant looked outside and he said Elisha Syrians are surrounding the city. I said don't worry we will be fine. "No we won't we don't have an army to protect us" my servant said. 

  "What are you talking about we have an army through out the whole city" i said. Gods soldiers are around all the Syrians. I gave him the sight of God for that little time and he looked around and saw hundreds of angels around the Syrians. "Elisha" he said "you were right god is looking after us and we have nothing to worry about." I said blind thre Syrians with all you might God. I prayed to God and thanked him for everything. I know that god has his Angels watching over us all of the time.
